Welcome to LearnZone.ai. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the LearnZone.ai website and registration for training programs and related services offered through the website. By using the website, submitting a registration, or making a payment, the user agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

About LearnZone.ai — LearnZone.ai provides professional training, learning programs, workshops and related educational services. Programs may include instructor-led sessions, practical exercises, labs, projects, capstones, learning resources and career-readiness support depending on the selected program. Program Information — We make reasonable efforts to keep curriculum, duration, program structure, faculty information, delivery format, fees and cohort information accurate and current. Course content, tools, examples, topic sequence, instructors, schedules and delivery methods may reasonably change to reflect technology, availability, cohort needs or learning improvements. Material changes affecting an enrolled learner should be communicated where reasonably possible. Registration — Registration is complete only when required participant details are submitted and the applicable fee is successfully paid or otherwise confirmed by LearnZone.ai. An enquiry does not confirm registration. Seats may be subject to cohort capacity. Program Fees — Fees are displayed during registration or through the official payment page. Review the selected program, applicable fee, taxes if applicable and cohort details before payment. Payment Processing — Online payments may be processed using authorised third-party payment service providers such as Razorpay. LearnZone.ai does not require customers to provide payment card credentials directly where payment processing is handled by the provider. Payment processing may also be subject to the provider’s own terms and privacy practices. Refund Policy — Program fees are generally non-refundable once payment has been successfully completed. Exceptions may apply where required by applicable law, for verified duplicate or erroneous payment, where LearnZone.ai cancels a program without an appropriate alternative, or in other exceptional circumstances expressly approved by LearnZone.ai. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Cohort Transfer — Learners unable to attend their registered cohort may request transfer to a future available cohort. Transfers are subject to availability and LearnZone.ai confirmation, do not create an entitlement to a cash refund, and may be affected by changes in curriculum, schedule or availability. Participant Responsibilities — Participants must provide accurate registration details, maintain suitable devices and internet access, complete prerequisite setup, attend sessions and learning activities, behave appropriately, and protect access credentials and learning materials. Training environments, systems, accounts and resources must not be misused. Intellectual Property — Unless otherwise stated, course materials, presentations, templates, exercises, recordings, frameworks, documentation and proprietary training content remain the intellectual property of LearnZone.ai and/or the applicable content owner. Materials are for personal learning and professional development and may not be commercially redistributed, resold, published or reproduced without permission. This does not restrict skills, knowledge or a learner’s own project work acquired during training. Recordings — Certain training sessions may be recorded for learning, quality, or cohort-access purposes where applicable. Participants will be informed where recording is used. AI Tools and Third-Party Services — Some programs may use third-party platforms, AI tools, cloud services, development tools or software. Their availability, pricing, account requirements and functionality may change independently; participants may need to comply with provider terms. Career Assistance — Career readiness, interview preparation, portfolio guidance, job assistance and career transition support do not guarantee employment, interview selection, placement, promotion or salary outcomes. Educational Outcomes — Outcomes depend on prior experience, participation, practice, assignment completion, individual ability, market conditions and employer requirements. Website Use — Users must not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with website operation, misuse forms or systems, distribute malicious software, or use website content unlawfully.
