Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please review this policy carefully before registering and making payment for a LearnZone.ai program. General Refund Policy — Once payment for a training program has been successfully completed, the program fee is generally non-refundable. Review program details, curriculum, duration, delivery format, eligibility, cohort information and fees before payment. Cohort Transfer — If you cannot attend your registered cohort, you may request a transfer to a future available cohort. Transfers are subject to availability, require LearnZone.ai confirmation, do not automatically create a right to a monetary refund, and a future cohort may have updated schedules, tools or curriculum. Learner Cancellation — If a learner chooses not to participate after successful payment, the fee is generally non-refundable. A future cohort transfer may be requested; exceptions remain subject to applicable law and written LearnZone.ai approval. LearnZone.ai Cancellation or Rescheduling — If LearnZone.ai cancels a cohort or cannot deliver the registered program, an appropriate option should be offered, such as transfer to a future cohort or refund of the affected registration where an appropriate alternative cannot be provided. Duplicate or Erroneous Payments — Verified duplicate or erroneous payments should be reported promptly. After verification, the amount may be reversed or refunded through an appropriate payment method or provider. Failed or Pending Transactions — A failed, pending or interrupted payment does not automatically confirm registration. If an account is debited while status is unclear, contact LearnZone.ai with registered name, email or mobile number, program name and transaction reference. Never send card numbers, PINs, passwords or OTPs. Refund Processing — Approved refunds will normally be processed through an appropriate payment channel; banking or provider processing times may apply and cannot be guaranteed.
